Brush guard for 98 jeep cherokee sport?

i have a 98 jeep cherokee sport and want to buy a brush guard for off-roading. I found one by warned that is alright, but not the one im really crazy about...I did however find another one that fits a 98 jeep grand cherokee. I wanted to know if This one would fit my jeep, if they are inter-changable. Also do you have advice on installing them?Brush guard for 98 jeep cherokee sport?
Check out the website below for another style of bumper for the Jeep Cherokee (XJ). I like this style, but it is pretty pricey. No, the Grand Cherokee and Cherokee are not interchangeable. If they are made for the vehicle they should just bolt on with the holes already available.

Look in Quadratec.com
No the one for the GC will not fit. As for quadratec.com they specialize in the JEEP type vehicles (CJ, YJ, TJ).
Ok I have a 98 JGC and I havent found any I am crazy about. I dont not believe it will fit because of the mounting brackets as I believe the JGC has a different nose than the Cherokee. I would contact the manufacture and ask them.

If kids dont eat sweets and brush teeth twice a day, can this avoid cavities?

ive heard people say, even brushing and avoiding sweets some kids **** still prone to getting holes,, is this true?If kids dont eat sweets and brush teeth twice a day, can this avoid cavities?
Yup, You can avoid anything you want and you can STILL Get Cavaties, as it comes from a variety of sources. However, My husband doesn't have one cavity, and he eats sweets, candy and soda like there is no tommorow. The best thing to do with children from their very first dental appointment is for the dentist to seal their teeth, making them less prone to cavaties in the first place. If kids dont eat sweets and brush teeth twice a day, can this avoid cavities?
Don't worry, I'm sure he'll be well taken care of. Report Abuse

i ate sweets growing up and didn't have a cavity until I was 22. I'm 24 now. I guess it doesn't matter. You just have to take care of your teeth as much as possible. I believe all foods can give you cavities if you don't take care of your teeth.
only if they're lucky. When I was a kid I brushed my teeth about once a day and ate so much junk and I still don't have any cavities.

Ive heard that its bad to brush your teeth immediately after eating and that you should wait a half hour. T/F?

Somewhat true, if you eat/drink something very acidic (orange juice, sodas, etc) your enamel will be weaker afterwards and it might be better to wait a little while first, but not if this keeps you from brushing them. Generally, I have people brush first thing in the morning and before bed really well and if you want fresher breath after the meals, just run in and gently slap some toothpaste on your teeth and brush your tongue well. Also, try not to rinse after this, just spit, and do not rinse/eat/drink for at least 30 minutes and you also get a fluoride treatment which helps stregthen teeth. Most people rinse their toothpaste off which is good for small children, but adults need the fluoride to keep cavities away.Ive heard that its bad to brush your teeth immediately after eating and that you should wait a half hour. He is right.Ive heard that its bad to brush your teeth immediately after eating and that you should wait a half hour. T/F?
False.

If you let that stuff sit on your teeth your teeth are going to absolb some of that. What you dont realize is that your teeth absorb fluids. The reason for saliva is digestion, but then you may ask why do you salivate if your not eating? The reason for that is because you have minerals in your saliva that help your teeth to remineralize when you have an incipient cavity. It also helps to flush away stuff that you do have in your mouth. Drinking Coke and sugary drinks isnt what you big concern is, they leave the oral cavity quickly and the saliva helps to wash away most of the sugars on your teeth. Its things like Jube Jubes and skittles or anything that actually STICKS to your teeth that you need to get off your teeth right away!
T. Some foods and drinks contain acid, like citric acid in fruit. This acid slightly melts the outer layer of your teeth, making it softer, which can then be brushed off with vigorous brushing. Thus, wait half an hour before brushing, especially for foods/drinks that are highly acidic.

Where can I go online to brush up on Word and Excel for a new job?

I just got a new job working in customer service and other assorted office duties... but I need to brush up on Word and Excel so I don't encounter any problems with not knowing what to do... is there anything online that I can review both of them? I start the job tomorrow...Where can I go online to brush up on Word and Excel for a new job?
I think Bill Jelen (aka Mr. Excel) has the best on line tutorials, and they are completely free. I put a link to the list of the currently available tutorials below. There's over 100 of them.

I also put a link to the iTunes download in case you don't already have iTunes (also free), which is required to play the tutorials.

The tutorials are worth the bother of installing iTunes. They're excellent.

after i brush my teeth or chew that type of gum there is a smell, but not when i chew gum with regular sugar, why is that? There is a smell when i brush my teeth or chew those whitening gums with aspartame?
aspertame is very powdery, and it' could be like when you fill a bucket with sand and the powder flies up and all around, that's probably what you smell. There is a smell when i brush my teeth or chew those whitening gums with aspartame?
    HELLO,

THE GUM WITH SUGAR HAS NO AFTERTASTE BECAUSE SUGAR IS VERY PALATABLE. THE ASPARTAME GUM HAS AN AFTERTASTE BECAUSE IT IS AN ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENT.
It is probably the aspertane or just the smell of the water when you are done brushing your teeth I wouldn't be worried I would cut back on the sugared pop though.
    Aspartame Dont use it!
