Where can I go online to brush up on Word and Excel for a new job?

I just got a new job working in customer service and other assorted office duties... but I need to brush up on Word and Excel so I don't encounter any problems with not knowing what to do... is there anything online that I can review both of them? I start the job tomorrow...Where can I go online to brush up on Word and Excel for a new job?
I think Bill Jelen (aka Mr. Excel) has the best on line tutorials, and they are completely free. I put a link to the list of the currently available tutorials below. There's over 100 of them.

I also put a link to the iTunes download in case you don't already have iTunes (also free), which is required to play the tutorials.

The tutorials are worth the bother of installing iTunes. They're excellent.

Microsofts site is great for looking up excel/word/powerpoint questions. They have tutorials you can follow as well.

Look to the left side for selections of software to explore. Good luck.

Best way to refresh is to just do! Good luck.
