if you're anorexic you aren't getting enough calcium and over a period of months they will go yellow and become very weak, anorexics often have very poor teeth and lose them prematurely. Bulimics who throw up alot cause acid erosion and there teeth just rot.
Their gums could bleed. A cause of that could also be gingivitis. That will weaken the gums. Also, gums may bleed if a person is a very infrequent flosser. Anything that may weaken gums can lead to bleeding when brushing.
