1. They are not decayed


2. They are not damaging other teeth


3. Causing pain/disomfort/headaches/tmj problmes


4. If you are young and they may crowd expensive past orthodontic work.


5. Cysts are present


6. Partial impaction in the bone, partial eruption into the mouth, this is a plaque trap and should be removed


7. Periodontal disease in the area

you only need wisdom teeth pulled if it is, or will cause a problem.
I can't help on most of the questions, but I do know about wisdom teeth. All of my wisdom teeth came in straight. None of them had to be removed because of being crooked. Note that I did get a cavity in one of them that the dentist couldn't fill because of the location. Rather than risk needing a root canal, I went ahead and had him pull the tooth.

I spend a looooong time brushing compared to most people I know. I spend at least 5 minutes brushing, less than a minute to floss, and at 54 years old now, still have all my teeth, including my wisdom teeth. Take care of those babies, and they will serve you well.
it just depends your suppose to brush the sides, then brush in front and on the inside and then you tounge. not everyone needs them pulled unless they start to mess with your other teeth
Usually 2 minutes. Wisdom teeth almost everyone has them I had 4. If you don't pull them out it start to hurt for about two weeks. Then the pain goes away. and comes back again. If you don't pull them out you will have buck teeth. Pulling them out cost a lot mine were $2000 for all four depending on your insurance coverage.
