I'm wearing braces, how often should I brush my teeth?

I'm wearing braces right now to treat under-bites. But, how often should I brush my teeth? Do people that wear braces have to brush more often than people that don't wear brces?I'm wearing braces, how often should I brush my teeth?
You should brush just as often as you did before you got braces, dentists recommend that you brush twice a day whether you have braces or not doesn't make a difference.I'm wearing braces, how often should I brush my teeth?
I tryed to brush after every meal about 3 times a day
You should try to brush your teeth after every meal and snack if possiblle. You will be amazed at how much food gets trapped in all the wires and stuff. It's time consuming but makes for a very fresh mouth!.. If you can't brush that often, try at least to keep some mouthwash on hand so you can rinse well...
suggested to brush your teeth at least 3 times a day.
People that have braces should brush their teeth right after they eat something. So yes, people with braces have to brush more often to keep the food particles from getting behind the brackets and causing a cavity.
You should brush your teeth at least 3 times a day, and floss it after every meal, that way your teeth can stay clean. Yes, people wearing braces have to brush there teeth at least 3 or more times a day to keep things out of their wires in the braces.
All people should brush their teeth after every meal. People with braces just have to be a little bit more diligent in their brushing to get around the arch wires and brackets. Also, you should make sure that you see your regular dentist at least every 4 - 6 months for your routine oral exams. Decay can start very easily under the brackets and bands and have to be monitored frequently to catch things when they are small. Speak with your orthodontist regarding the type of toothbrush that he recommends. There are some fancy types for braces that he might want you to use. Also, make sure that you still floss your teeth using a floss threader. Take care with the types of food that you eat... no biting into bones or nuts... cut apples, carrots etc.

You'll end up with a healthy and beautiful smile.
Honesty k, has the right idea, except it does not have to be mouthwash. Tap water will do just as well. Mouthwash will leave a fresher breath for a few minutes, but no cleaner.
At least twice a day. The more times the better though. After meals is always good.
