How do I add a glow brush on gimp?

I just installed gimp and downloaded this glow brush from

I saved the file in .gimp-2.4 %26gt; brushes. So how do I make it available to use in gimp?How do I add a glow brush on gimp?
move/copy the brush file to C:\Program Files\GIMP-2.0\share\gimp\2.0 \brushes (note: 1 space added to show full path), after save, the brush won't be available to choose, then Ctrl+Shift+b to open brush dialog, click the lower right corner refresh brushes button, the newly added brush will show for selecting.
