How to brush your teeth?

Okay so i been too the dentist and their is always other types of methods too brush your teeth correctly


Example: Brush in circles on every tooth for 2minutes.

brushing in circles is probably the best method, but you don't have to brush every teeth for 2 min!!! It should take about 2min to brush all your teeth!





Now, brushing in circles is good. even though the move is circular try to emphasize on moving the toothbrush down for your upper teeth, and up for your lower teeth so that food comes out... that's when you brush your teeth from the one side or the other





When you brush them on the chewing surface, you don't need to do it in circles, just back and front will do... that is for the back teeth.





Also, do brush your gums without applying a lot of pressure (because they are more sensitive than the teeth) with the same circular moves.How to brush your teeth?
Brush all your teeth then brush in the inside end the outside and then your done but you have to do it for 2 min. and if you don't know how long two minutes is then say the ABC's 3 times in your head.make sure to use mouth wash.
